Good one, cause I can't be wrong. It's a future prediction. So I've said it a few times. I feel that the, the recent lockdown has only forced people forward much more quickly into what was always coming. I do believe less people will need to make journeys to offices. I believe that face to face interaction will potentially reduce. But most importantly, I think people are going to gravitate towards businesses that have a clear and genuine vision and purpose for being. And if you don't have that, the generations coming through just aren't going to work for companies like that. So they will die out. They either have to change or they will be forced out in, in some way, shape or form. So I think there'll be a lot more remote working. There'll be a lot more purpose driven, mission driven companies. And it's going to be about value. And not the value you give it's about the value that, that you serve into the, to the world. You know, this is pretty big picture stuff, which right now will seem crazy. But in 10 years time, people look back on this and think, yeah, obviously.
