Contact Form

When you complete our online contact form, we will collect and store the information you voluntarily provide to us. We collect this information for the legitimate purpose of contacting you in response to your enquiry. 

The data you provide in this instance may include your name, e-mail address and phone number.  

Data submitted through our online contact form will not be added to a mailing list unless you have given us explicit permission to do so.

Mailing List and ‘90 Day Challenge’

If you choose to sign up to our mailing list or the ‘90 Day Challenge’, we will collect and store the information you voluntarily provide to us for the legitimate purpose of sending you marketing emails. The data you provide in this instance may include your name and your e-mail address. 

We share this information with Mailchimp, our email provider, for the legitimate purpose of sending marketing emails, news and updates from Hill Coaching Company Ltd. 

We will not - without your express consent - provide your personal data to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. 

And we will never sell your personal data to any third party.

Information About Children

This website has not been designed for (and is not intended for) children under the age of 16. 

If you believe that we have unintentionally collected information about a child under the age of 16, please contact us at oliver@hillcoachingcompany.co.uk so that we can delete the information.

We do not intentionally or knowingly gather information about children under the age of 16.
