As a business owner, how can I identify the right people I should be working with and collaborating with?

Really important first point is to make sure you know yourself, what you are really good at. And there's two reasons for it. The first is you can obviously build more people that have similar talents to yourself around you so that they can take more off you and you can work much more on your business and not in it. But secondly, to really identify the things you're not so talented at, because if you're spending time on stuff that you're not very good at. That A) detracts what you are naturally very strong at, but also it's ineffective because you'll never be as good at it as certain other people. So once you really know what, you're not good at, search for people who feed on that particular, that particular talent, that particular lacking of yours. And give them time to show how much value they can bring. So it's really identifying yourself first and then you need to recruit around what you're lacking in.
