Who is the sort of person that you like to coach?

Okay. There is a type, there definitely is a type and they are the ones who are willing to follow through on the actions that they've agreed. So I flip it around again, there's nothing more frustrating than dealing with someone who believes that they want to achieve certain things, but then doesn't do the simple things that we sought to do in an agreement. For me, there's nothing worse than failing to meet agreements. I never have expectations of my clients. We always get things agreed. And if you don't do that, that's massively frustrating. So turn it around. All the people that do the things that they said they were going to do, maybe it isn't successful, but they've just done it. And we can talk about it and take on the feedback from those failings. That's a dream to me. An absolute dream client.
