I think it's really important to understand the difference between right and wrong, and the fact that there actually isn't a massive amount of difference. So your interpretation of wrong, we need to really make sure that you've got that right as it were, because your idea of what's gone wrong versus other people's idea of what's got wrong will be different. And the severity and the implications of course will be different. So let's make absolutely clear, first and foremost, before we review the feedback, how wrong has it actually gone? Have you assumed something? Have you got expectations? Are other things going awry? You need to be clear first about what has gone wrong before you really tackle that. So I think a lot of people get confused with the differences between right and wrong, and it can look very different from one person to the next.
