Okay, how can I identify what I should be focusing on?

Speaker 2: (00:11)
So this is very much about what we set ourselves as rules and what we set ourselves as, as challenges and where we potentially get in our, in our way. Because that's, again, it's a very motive word. What should we be doing? That could be determined by ourselves, but might not, not actually be the case. So this is a great time to remember why you're doing what you're doing. And rather than looking at task by task, let's think about the, the goal, the sort of goal with the grow model. And if you don't know what the grow model is, I suggest you, you look it up. It's a, John Whitmore. The, the focus of the actions that we need to be taking to get to this, this actual goal, this, this purpose for being... That's what determines that. So don't be looking at it on task by task basis.

Think about how this is impacting, where I'm actually going, where I want to be. That whole 10-year goal. You know, what does it look like 10 years from now? That's going to determine what you are saying you should be doing. What is a better way of looking at it and saying, is, am I taking the right actions every day? It's not about shoulds and coulds and musts. It's about what is this action going to lead to? And am I going to do it again tomorrow and the day after and the day after and get, get that compound effect? Or am I just reacting?
