What's your strengths and how do they help you?

(00:15)
Yeah, good question. One of the things at my absolute core is there's a tool I love called Clifton Strengths, so I absolutely know exactly what my strengths are. And I won't go into the technical details of them, but I am very good at decision-making. I'm very good at seeing where those decisions will take us. So sort of forward planning. And I have a strong moral compass, so I've got strong belief mechanisms. Which combined together mean that the decisions I make have a lot of clarity about where they're going and I will stick to them a long way past where other people might have quit, might have given up on an idea. I will see it through to the end, which often is a very positive thing. I need the right people in my corner to remind me to sometimes take a look, but that's, they're the sort of core strengths for me, you know, vision decision-making and focusing on what it is I believe in.
