For me, it is all about communication. And in, linked in that communication, I'm going to assume your company's got some staff, recognising that they are your business. And that, that what they bring to the table is far more important than what you do as an owner of a company or as a business, as a whole. And when you've got that, right, you have effective communication, and obviously all the wonderful things that come with it, like culture and things like that. But recognising that the value is in the people that you employ, or that support you, is a massive step forward. You know, it's the bedrock of any good business.
