"What can I do to help them?" Now they might ask you to get out of the way and leave them alone, but there might be something specific that they could ask you for. So go around there, your team, virtually, or face to face, however it works, and find out what it is you could do for them today. By just simply asking that question. And then you've really got to back it up, though. You've got to give a good answer and you have to show that you're able to do it if you commit to it. Because if not, you're kind of wasting your time.
