So, if you're a client sitting there in front of me and that's the question they ask, I say, why do you need them to go above and beyond today? What's not going well at the moment? They're one of the sort of phrases that make me recoil a little bit and cringe. Because why do we need our staff to go above and beyond, ever? Our staff should be performing adequately or above. They should be engaged. They shouldn't need to go above and beyond. Because that sounds like there's a problem for the company or there's a problem for the business or what have you, that's come up and suddenly become the staff's problem. And I personally don't like that. So I've not got a good answer to that question because it shouldn't be happening for me.
