Why should I take time away from my business?

Interesting that you, you asked the question in the way you do. I think the first thing that I'd be looking to do with somebody there is saying, why do you need to ask that question? Because it sounds like you're potentially not getting time away from your business. So it's good that that's a trigger, but if you're already in that position where you feel that you don't then that, that sends a few alarm bells ringing in my head. So I would want to be finding out, are you potentially a bit of a micromanager and don't realise it? Are you looking at spending too many hours in the business because you feel that's the impression you need to be giving to your staff? Or are you just bad with time management?
So the reason would be first and foremost for, for your own mental health and wellbeing, of course. But also, if you're working in your business that much, then how are you going to work on your business? How are you actually going to notice the things you need to do to change, to grow? If your business is reliant on you and you're not a one man band, that's a problem. And you're, you're going to hit a point where you won't be able to cope anymore. So the reason is that you need to be out of your business. You need to be working on it. And not in it.
