What's one thing I can do to make more time for myself away from my business?

Okay. This is very much about reviewing the time that you spend in it now. What I would be looking for someone in this position to do is reflect on why they're spending as much time in their businesses as they are. And consider is there anyone else who could and arguably should be doing it? The likelihood, not always, but the likelihood is we're we're, we're, we're delving into the micromanagement issue here where it feels wrong to let go. It feels wrong to pass it onto other people. It feels wrong not to do something.
That's often where we can find lots and lots of opportunity for time. Because there's people who will be better at doing stuff than you. So you should, you should be able to in trust in them more. And there'll be tasks that you're focusing on, which you think are really important, but perhaps when we unlock it - really aren't. Because you've imposed this belief that that's the case. So the first thing is reflect on what do you do every single day and how important is all of it? That sort of audit of your time is priceless because you will have more clarity over what you should be doing versus what you could be doing and what you must be doing.
