Sustainability is a big word with many meanings. In your opinion, what do you think sustainability really means for businesses?

Speaker 2: (00:07)
So this is a word that's been hijacked. It's been hijacked and entered into glossy reports of tick boxing from what I've seen. So for me, what it means is actively doing the thing that you believe in. Not just paying lip service to it. And we see lots of companies that will talk about planting trees. And my question is where are you planting the trees? What trees are you planting? Are they the right trees for the environment? Why are you planting trees? Could you be doing something else? Do your people care about you planting the trees? Did we need those trees? This is really frustrating to me because so many companies have so much that they could give. Cause they've got a lot of cash, bluntly, and they go and spend it on things which are gimmicky. Because there are so many examples of poorly managed forests that have been planted by these plant-a-tree schemes. And they've not been thought through. It's infuriating. And it's the same with many, many of these schemes. So reach out to people and look out and find out what true sustainability is and stop using it as a tick box exercise, it really gets on my... I'm not going to swear.
