Speaker 1: (00:00)
What's one thing I can do to stop myself from stopping myself?
Speaker 2: (00:03)
Yeah. So this is, this is so, so straightforward in some ways, but really, really hard for people to get their head around. And it is do that thing. There are so many things that we could be doing that are so easy to do, but yet they're also so easy not to do. I often encourage people to get this understanding in their head, by reading a book called The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson. It really rams this, this point home. I mean, it does go over and over it, but it really enforces the importance of just doing the doing, if there's anything that you ever think, Oh, I could do that tomorrow. Don't. Do it now. If there's anything that you think that you could, you could put off or like, I really should do this, but then you end up not doing it. That's when you're getting in your way. That's when you're letting yourself down. So it's doing the things that are so easy not to do and doing them every day. That's how you're going to stay on track.
