I am going to say doing it, how you've always done it. Too many times you go into a business, which "This is just the way we do things" attitude comes in. And probably has been quite successful in that way. Now this is very much an opinion, but I just simply don't believe that way is going to work any longer for any businesses. And I think in the next 10 years, maybe less, we're going to see some massive changes and you need to adapt. Because geography is out of the window and the way we've always done things is out of the window. So, no, it's got to change.
