When might I know it's the right time to grow my business?

Okay. This is a cool one because this moves into my favorite world of rights and wrongs. So quite simply, there is no right time that there is also no wrong time. What there is a danger of is stagnation. So you need to be open to ideas. You need to be listening to people. You need to be considering options because there is no right or wrong time. And actually, if it feels really, really stressful and fearful, and you're scared, that's probably a good time, but many people would see that that's the wrong time, but it's neither. It's just an opportunity to look. And that's what you need to do rather than looking about expansion and growth and all these things, just looking. When is the right time to look to scale up or to change what you're doing? And the answer is whenever something comes up to you and it feels different.
If maybe you feel a bit scared, that's good. If you feel uncomfortable, that's good. It doesn't mean you have to do anything with it. There's this urgency to do. You don't have to act on it, but don't ignore it. Again, We're falling back into that feedback trap that if we don't look at it as feedback, and we look at it as risk or failings, that's a negative terminology, potentially for many people, will put you off. But if you look at it, as feedback it's an opportunity to consider, you do not have to act on it though.
