So, this is about influence. So rather than thinking about persuading them, you really just need to show. And the best way, or one of the best ways, I'm not gonna say it's the only way, but a really effective model is by telling stories. So again, if you're trying to tell someone this is the way it needs to be, that's very unlikely to work. If you can explain to them and, and show them through the process so they can draw their own conclusion out of what you're suggesting is and how it works. That's going to be different. That's going to stick with them because they need to be able to see it or feel it, or hear it in their own way. You, no matter how much you want, you're not going to be able to tell them this is how they need to be. They need to see it for themselves.
