So this is the thing that many people trip up on. There aren't any traits. Anyone can be an effective leader. Yes. There's people who potentially gravitate towards that position more naturally. But it doesn't mean they are a good leader. It just possibly means they have a strong character. Any trait can become an effective leader. It's how you lead. It's not about the traits. It's about what you look to, how you engage in your staff and how you empower them to be involved in the process. So there are no leadership traits, in my opinion.
