I absolutely believe they can be developed. I've touched on before how I think some people are more naturally aligned to it, definitely. They find it easier, but it doesn't mean they're any good at it, but perhaps they have traits that if they take the right training, they'll become a better leader quicker. But actually these people who shy away from it, if given the right tools can be incredibly powerful leaders because they aren't looked to for leadership, they're doing it from behind. From afar. People don't even realize they're doing it. So I absolutely believe that anyone can achieve leadership qualities. It's just about speed.
