Okay. You remind yourself, you don't have them. The limitations are probably self-imposed or possibly been imposed upon you through the influence of other people. Not always, but often parents or childhood experiences, but when you believe... When you begin to realise that you don't have any limitations, well, that's when we have a different discussion. Why do you feel you can't do something? Probably because you've said you can't. Probably because you've done it before and it's not work. So you've seem to have failed rather than listened to the feedback. So change what it looks like. There's no such thing as can't, there's no such thing as try. Those are just excuses. They let you off the hook. They allow you to not do things because it might be hard, but be honest with yourself and say, where have these limitations been imposed from? Do they really exist? Are they actually true?
