What's one thing I can do to overcome my greatest challenges?

I think the first thing is to ask yourself, are they really challenges? Why are they challenges? Why do you see them to be your greatest challenges? Have you thought about what you actually putting up in the way, how much of these are self-imposed challenges? How much of these are driven by targets you've imposed upon yourself that don't need to be there, but you've decided that I must do X number of things a day, a week, a month. But actually if you changed it, would it make any difference? Perhaps not, but because you've set the bar higher than it needs to be, you've run the risk of failing and letting yourself down. But you haven't done any of these things. You've just not reached this high bar you've set. So lower the bar.
