What's one thing I can do to fight my inner anxiety?

Okay. So we're starting to get. I don't, I don't know. I don't like the way I sometimes answer this question cause I make it sound too simplistic. But it really is as simple as understanding the thinking that's going on at the moment, that's giving you the negative anxiety.
That's always going to be there and it's, it's there for everyone. The difference is many people pay much more attention to that and they don't look for the other thinking that's going on. And one tactic is to just spend some time recognising that that thinking is there and it's, it's real to you. And it might be a belief that things going on in the outside world are directly impacting you. The feeling of that is real.
But there are also other thoughts going around in your head. But if you spend enough time, you can get the right sort of thinking going on for you. The stuff that's helpful for you. You can look for that positive moment. Often in coaching sessions, I ask people to reflect back on times when, when things are going really well for them. And then we look at what happened, what was, was in that set of circumstances that made that possible. And you can all do that. Everyone can find something that's gone well for them, at anytime in life and take themselves back into that moment.
And at the time of high anxiety, that's a perfect time to go back to that moment. Moment of good performance, moment of happiness, moment of a great holiday. Doesn't matter what it is. You can find that. But if you choose to listen to the first thought that comes into your head and then the next and the next, the likelihood is they're going to be negative. You've got to fight that you gotta look harder for that positive thought that will take you to your, for want of a better word, your happy place. Just pulls you out of it. And it's, it actually is really easy. If you let yourself do it.
