Yes. It's a great place to do business. One thing that this horrible lockdown and COVID-19 has taught us is that we can do business anywhere. So of course, Norfolk and Norwich, and this whole area is a great location. But to be honest, so is anywhere. The issue is if you've got connectivity, cause that's the one thing I will accept. If you do not have good connectivity, then there might be a problem. But anywhere is a good place to do business. So don't let that location thing be an excuse for not doing things. You know, you can overcome virtually any issue. I know of one chap recently who set up a national retail business very, very quickly overnight. And he's about two miles up the road from me and he's doing it out of his garage and it's hugely successful and it's got no problems with logistics. It's got no problems with being in Norfolk. He does need the internet for it. And that is an important factor. So yes, absolutely. Norfolk is a great place to do business because what a great place to have your days off. You know, your a mile, a few miles away from amazing beaches, incredible scenery. Yes it is. But as much as it might pain some of my listeners here so is Suffolk. Essex, isn't bad either. You know, the whole country, The Peak District Lake District. There is no issue if you can get on the internet these days.
