When I'm in a coaching session. Honestly I'll be brutally honest with everybody. The only thing I enjoy about my business is coaching the people that I work with. There are many other things I have to do, and I have to really fight hard. But in those coaching sessions, that moment of realisation that you know what it is they need, and it's my job to steer them to find this out for themselves. Because there's no point in me telling them. That's great fun. And it happens so regularly. It's a real joy to share it with people, but it never gets better for me than that than working out the pathway that they need to realise for themselves. It's awesome.
