This isn't going to go for everybody, because some people already do this. But if you don't turn all your notifications off, turn them all off right now. And agree a time that you'll go back to your phones or computers and whatever. To look at emails, WhatsApp, whatever social media it may be. But turn them all off. I'm not going to give you any more instructions other than that. I'm not saying turn them off all day. I'm saying turn them off for a period of time, minimum one hour, ideally up to four hours or more, if you can. And you'll be amazed how much time you get back.
