This is going to sound bad to people that don't know A: me, and B: the Clifton Strengths world that I'm in. But my second lowest talent is empathy. But that doesn't mean I can't be empathetic. It's a big misunderstanding with this. But I do struggle with it a little bit and sort of reading people's feelings and emotions. I have to ask questions, whereas sometimes people can just pick up on that. So that's one of them. And the second one is something called input, which is all about details. Not a big details person. So those kinds of people are gold to me because their talents are something that I look to to work with to compensate what I don't have. And it's no coincidence that my wife's number one talent is empathy. I think that makes a really, really complimentary couple for us. And I feed on her understanding of empathy a lot.
