No, in fact, part of the problem is that often they think they are, and they're not. And they really need to get out of the way. Or when they have an idea of a solution to a problem, share it around and honestly, listen to what people think about it. Don't just go off and implement your believed resolution to the problem. Cause often you're creating another problem that you haven't foreseen or sometimes more often than not, you are the problem, which is kind of hard to hear, but really important to realise.
