That's unfair, isn't it? Cause it's not, it's not going to be for absolutely everyone. It's a bit too wide sweeping, but in the main it's going to be not listen. And by that, that also means not communicate. So often, more often than not, I find leaders that maybe are good communicators, but not with everyone. So they've got the people, they find it easier to communicate with, or they get the better responses from, and that's wrong because everyone has got something to contribute. It doesn't matter how small you may think it is. It could have a really big impact on your business.
