So one of the most helpful things that I like to do in this situation is share it with somebody else. They don't need to know anything about what I do, but I'll do my best to explain where I'm stuck or whatever it is that's on my mind. And then I will listen to their view. They'll have a view. It doesn't necessarily mean it's right or wrong, but it will be different. And that might be the right course of action. Or it might just make me think differently and go down like a third path. But for me, it's about sharing. Do not keep it to yourself. It's just a, it's a lonely and depressing place. When you're a bit stuck on something.
