I think this has gotta be down to first of all, why are we doing it? And that needs to be clear. It needs to be communicated. And then when we make the decision that we are going to do it, again, how are we going to go about implementing it? Innovation isn't just about something brand new and shiny putting it out there and just hoping it's going to be okay. I know that sounds a little trite. But honestly the amount of times I've seen it just expected to happen. We need to move away from that. We need to agree why we're innovating and then if we're going to agree to do it, how are we going to implement it? It needs to be agreed.
