Do you think we're all inherently creative and what does creativity mean for you?

I think there's definitely a likelihood that some are much more naturally creative. Does that mean that we are, that others aren't able to be creative? No, not, not at all. It might mean you need to do a little bit more work to do it. What you're probably best to do is reach out to those who are more naturally that way and ask: How do you go about this? How did you achieve this thing? Or how did you make that decision? Or how did you create whatever it is that you admire? You will get tidbits out of that because it comes more naturally to them, but they still have to follow a process. And it's something that you may not be able to copy, but you can be inspired by it and you can make changes to the way you do things to become more creative. Not more like them, but more creative.
