As an employee, what's one thing I can do to implement change in my organisation?

So this is about the power of influence. So the one thing that I think you're going to struggle to have success with is if you tell them what they need to do. People don't tend to respond well to that. And especially if they're in a position of, of hierarchal authority, ultimately they're not going to like hearing it in that way. So you need to produce the evidence. You need to produce the reasons why, and you need to tell the story. One of my favorite authors, Daniel Pink tells the story of the Pixar pitch and how, the, the, the lady behind things like Finding Nemo or so forth, pitch to the board, the stories of things like Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc, and other ones along those lines. They told a very quick, sort of Twitter feed style story, of what that cartoon and bear in mind is over an hour long, what that looked like, but she covered it in probably about 150 words. So tell stories of why we're going to do the thing we're going to do, why we're going to make that change. What's the current circumstances? What are the risks of as carrying on in this way and what is going to happen if we adopt these changes that you're talking about. You're then going to influence them to your way of thinking, cause they'll be able to visualise it they'll be able to see, hear, feel what it is you're talking about. Don't tell.
