What's one thing I can do to identify the missing puzzle pieces in my organisation?

Hmm. I'm going to go with actively listen. Because there's a danger that you only listen to, the people that are willing to talk to you. Or perhaps the people that you've assumed that you, you should be speaking to. If you're not listening to everybody and you're not actively engaging with them and encouraging them in whatever way, suits them best to give you feedback. The dangers are, you're missing things as you're getting a, a sort of skewed view of what needs to be looked at. So make sure that you make it possible for everyone to be listened to, for everyone to be engaged for everyone, to, you know, to give value and feel valued by organisation. And if you do that, the rest will happen.
