What's one thing I can do to identify what I'm missing in my life.

So the first thing is recognise there's not one thing. There is no great big solution. I think one of the the, the bombs we have to drop here is that things are quite hard to get the things that you want. Very rarely just lands on our, on our... At our feet. So the one thing you can do for yourself is not thing that there's one thing you can do. What you need to be thinking about is am I turning up every day? Am I doing everything in my power? And have I thought through these actions properly? So what am I doing every day, deliberately in small bite-sized chunks to get to where I want to be. So let's stop thinking. It's going to be one big, great solution, that's going to fix all your problems or achieve all your goals and think, am I being fair to myself? Am I playing the game of life that is lots and lots of small deliberate actions that over time are going to build the momentum that you were actually talking about when you asked for that one thing.
