That one I like because I think a lot of businesses start the conversation in that way and they look to me for the solution. And you're just, I, funnily enough, we were only talking just before off camera, about companies who are asking me to come in and do things for them. And that's, that's dangerous. So the first answer to that particular question is I won't. What I will potentially do is help you look at what you're doing ineffectively. You're looking at your inefficiencies potentially in yourself and in your individuals, within your organisation, but you'll fix it yourself. You won't look to me. You... If you're looking at a third party or a consultant, stop, you're wasting your money. Because you need this to be embedded. And this needs to be led by you guys. Not me.
