Maximise eff...? These are lovely words that sit really comfortably in the corporate world, I believe in particular. The simpler thing is I'm not, I won't come in and maximise efficiency. And that might horrify people. But what I will do is help people become better versions of themselves. And do you know what, shockingly, as a result of that, they're going to maximise their efficiency in the organisation. The issue is many, many people are just sleepwalking through their jobs, their businesses, life, whatever it is. And we're going to stop that. And as a result, all these various things that people have given stupid labels to, will go away.
