This needs to be the process of looking again at what are the actions I'm taking. Where do I actually want to be? This is where I would point people in the direction of the GROW model. The GROW model is something that is the brainchild of a guy called Sir John Whitmore. It's, for me... There's probably lots of ideas out there of how to set effective goals. And I'm sure they're great. But for me, this is the only one you need to consume. Look up the GROW model. It's an acronym. And, and, and use that to set your goals and the actions that you need to be taking on a daily basis. And what it effectively highlights is that most of us don't know how to set a goal. So our goal, we determine as this thing, which is actually an outcome. It's a result of all these actions that are going to be taken place, that, that get us to this point where we have us, us... Our perceived goal. Because we don't really understand what a goal is. We don't think of all the multiple, possibly hundreds of thousands of actions that we need to take. They're actually going to realise that. So my, my answer to that question is look at the actions, the many, many actions you will need to get you to this seeming goal, which is actually an outcome.
