What approach should I take to training my staff?

This one boils back down to whatever it is you're going to do. It's about the, the aftercare as I call it. I know I'm not the first to coin the phrase aftercare, but what I mean is, it's not about the training that you're giving it's about how you're making sure that that is implemented over time. So I see far, far too many people paying for exceptional training, but they're not giving their staff any time to really apply it. But assuming that the one time they need it, they'll be able to just call back on that amazing training that they may have had three months, three years ago. And it doesn't work like that. So if that's what you're looking into, make sure that you give genuine time to people to then apply whatever it is you're showing them, training and teaching them, coaching them. If they don't get to use it straight after, then they'll probably forget 95% plus of it within a week.
