In your opinion, what's one aspect of education that should change to give people a better chance of success in life?

It's for me easy, but it seems so hard to be implemented. Find out what people are naturally good at. It's incredibly easy to find out what young people are naturally good at and then build their education around that. Don't sit them all in the same environment and give them the same information in the same way. Cause it's not going to work. It will favor a few. It will disengage many and it will actively disengage many, many more. So focus on what they're good at as early as you can and give them everything they need to be the best they can possibly be with those natural skills.
