Well, that's quite a tricky one actually. I'm going to turn that round by almost not answering the question and say, why are you using measures? A lot of businesses, judge their success and failure on statistics and targets. Is that the most effective way? I'm going to ask the question back and say, is that the most effective way to measure where you're going? If you're judging things based on percentage targets and bottom line increases, is that making you any happier? Is that getting you any clearer to where you want to be in the next 10 years? So I want to ask you to say, do you know where you want to be in 10 years? If you don't, what's the point of measuring where you are now?
