So this I think is about choosing what you consume on a daily basis. So you can continue to be yourself doing whatever it is that's led you to ask the question. Or for that question that you've heard to resonate with you. Or you can pursue things which are going to grow you. So I would be saying the things you can do is look for people that you respect - sort of in a mentor level. Consume content that they have produced. Look for people who can challenge your thinking. Read things that are nonfiction, read things that are personal development. Just consume more information that's going to help you change your thinking on a daily basis and be open to it. Don't feel that you have to do anything with it, but just be open to new ways and new actions on a daily basis. And what you're looking for will come.
