What's one thing I can do to inspire my staff to go above and beyond?

Probably don't think that you can inspire them to go above and beyond. If you have the right culture and the right approach to your business, that's, what's going to happen. If you have to force it, then you need to have a real look about how you're going about things. Because the chances are, you're not engaging your staff enough. Because if you give them the right environment, the right playground, that stuff happens naturally, you don't need to force it. They want to do it. So if you're saying that really that's not happening and they don't, you don't get the feeling, they want to do that. Then there's a problem. And you need to look at what's the causation of that problem, it's likely you or the team around you. But again, you're asking the wrong question, for me.
