So that's a tricky question. Cause it's, it's, it's coming from a position of not knowing what you already do. So some of these answers might be, well, I do that already. But the first would be, listen, listen to them, communicate back and forth and genuinely feedback on what you think about the things that they've said. Even if you're not going to act on them, give them feedback and show them that you respected what they've said. If you already feel you communicate quite effectively with them, then I want to ask you what training you do and how you implement it afterwards. Because you might be an employer who does a lot of training and on the face of it, that seems really positive. But if you're not focusing on the aftercare and allowing them to actually use all of this training, however it might be given, then it's actually getting lost.

And I see a lot of companies spending a lot of good money, doing a lot of great training with some awesome companies, but then losing it because there's no real momentum afterwards. So what I'd really say is, it's a whole mix of making sure that whatever is being communicated in whatever way it is, is maintained. That momentum is there that you don't just say it once, and just let it be. That you make sure you check in regularly on the same subject to see how it's landed with people and that they're getting a chance to use this new knowledge every day or as regularly as they can do.
