Very constructively. First and foremost, let's make sure you're not giving them feedback that they haven't asked for. So let's set the parameters first and foremost. Are they in the frame of mind? Are they ready to receive some feedback? How's this something, is this something that's come unexpectedly? Because that's a bad place to start. So the first thing you could do is say that I'd love to give you some feedback, are you ready for it today? Or if not, can we schedule some time to do it. And let them know that this is constructive feedback. So please, please, please, please, don't start with negatives. And definitely don't finish with negatives. There might need to be some critical information that goes on amongst that, but it needs to be massively hidden in amongst a lot of things that are positive recognition about what's gone well. And definitely finishing on what's gone well.
