So, this one's brilliant because you would think there's something wrong with them, but in actual fact, the challenge is that you're not looking at how you communicate with them effectively. So it's not about them not listening. It's the fact that you're not communicating in a way that they can hear it. So you need to listen much more strongly to the language they use, the way that they hear things, the sort of things that they talk about, and you need to style your language back to them in a way that they're going to hear it. So if you're talking about things from a feelings perspective, for example, and that just, isn't how they work, then they're never going to listen as you put it. And so you really need to be the one who listens and the more you do, the more you'll recognise how they need to be communicated to.
