We're approaching the end of the furlough scheme. What are you most worried about?

So, my biggest worry is that the end of the furlough scheme means an opportunity for redundancies. It also means for those companies that aren't looking at redundancies, but are welcoming the staff back in, if we look at a more positive swing, that people may misunderstand the mental health impact that that's gonna have on people. You know, some of them have been away from work for around about six months, probably have got quite used to that environment, whether positively or negatively, and to just assume that things are going to be as normal as they were back in March, it'll be very, very dangerous. So redundancies aside, the actual getting back... People back into work and how you re-induct them into work, I think potentially could be glossed over and I'm worried about it.
