Hmm. I think there's lots talked about various structures and so forth. For me, whether it's flat or fluid or there is no hierarchy, I'm not too stressed about it. For me. It's about the types of people in these positions. Are you honestly engaging with staff in the way that you need to be? Are you making sure that people focus on what they do best every day and is the system of how you reward people, ultimately pay, fair? That's much more important than what structure you use. Now. It might be that you use one of the various structures out there to implement this, but that's not the relevant point here. It's about how do you engage with everybody so that they all feel part of the journey and they feel respected.
