Listen to what it is they're saying to me. No preconceived ideas. I often have this debate with a few people. They say, have you done much research on me? I often have done little to none because I don't want to jump to any conclusions. I don't want to have any preconceived ideas. I want them to share with me their frustrations or their challenges or their dreams and go from there. So the first thing that I do is I listen and I listen hard.
