How can I find time for exercise and wellbeing today?

There's a few things you can do. The first thing is if you have a smartphone or you're into social media or things along those lines, maybe pay attention to that function on the app that tells you how many hours or minutes you've spent on them. And if you are spending more than an hour on it, well reduce that immediately. That time when you reach for your phone to go through your social media or your emails, don't. And reach your phone, maybe go onto a social media platform, and YouTube, and pick an exercise video on there. And don't just watch it go along and do it, get your yoga mat out or whatever it is, and find 15 minutes of exercise. I mean, there are even videos out there, and if anybody wants to, they can reach out and ask me, that you can do in your, at your desk, in your chair, and that will help you with your exercises. So change that social media, or maybe that other habit that's not hugely helpful into a fitness one. And you've... 10, 15 minutes will make a difference. And you do it more regularly, then it's going to make a huge difference. And it's very, very easy to do. It's just incredibly easy not to do it.
