So we're looking for, sort of, one action. So I would say, make yourself incredibly short to-do lists of actions you want to do. I'd say no more than three things and make sure none of them are going to take more than say, half an hour. And fix a time that you're going to do them. So write them down, commit a time you're going to do them and make sure you do set up a notification on your phone, whatever it is. But just see how you feel by having set yourself some tasks, then you've completed them and then potentially repeating it tomorrow and the day after. Just see how that starts to feel for you. So I'm saying three things, at a certain time of the day, write down now, get them done by the end of the day and reflect on it.
